Sourcing the pieces is our passion. Drawing on a lifetime as a keen traveller, Siobhan enjoys looking abroad as well as sources closer to home. After careful consideration of each piece and discussion of the best way to present it, the framing is all done by hand in our studio in the rolling Northamptonshire countryside by Felicity.

Felicity has always been involved in design. Having always been ‘arty,’ she started her career as a packaging designer in London before following her love of the interiors to a career in interior design and ultimately picture framing. A collector at heart; from an early age the joy of something unusual or attractive appealed. Having been a military wife, moving house many times provided the opportunity to restyle lots of different homes. These moves were often fairly temporary so a curated wall of pictures instantly helped bring a room to life and could be easily rehomed.

After graduating from Edinburgh, Siobhan worked as an editor in illustrated non-fiction publishing with many happy days spent in far-flung picture libraries, first in London and then Sydney. Between career moves and family life, by the time she settled in Rutland with her family of six plus countless dogs, ponies and chickens, she had renovated and decorated six homes and grown a deep love of collecting and displaying art and unusual finds. Hall & Wall was the next step.
