For antique pieces & bespoke commissions
We do not accept returns on antiques or bespoke commissions, as these items are unique and fragile.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement frame where possible, or issue a full refund.
For all other items
If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately so we can organise a reframe or a refund.
We do not accept returns for any other reason. Our pieces are delicate and often one-of-a-kind, and we cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery, including during hanging, handling, or display.
