English botanic engraving from 1864

Three delicate engravings by James Sowerby have been float mounted in landscape format. Each engraving is signed, dated and numbered, and the hand colouring is true and delicate. The etchings are in fantastic condition, the overall effect is crisp and light. 

These would look excellent in many interiors settings and the unusual larger landscape format gives them extra presence. Two complementary pieces of the same size by James Sowerby are also for sale.
